Cycle Watch
Institutional Advisor

Welcome to the Cycle
Watch Institutional Advisor. We think that
you will find this publication unlike any investment advisory service that you
have ever read before.
Every week at Bedford & Associates Research
Group we embark upon the arduous task of systematically ranking all
of the major stock sectors, groups and issues according to our proprietary
fundamental and technical model. The fruits of this labor is the Cycle Watch
Institutional Advisor.
But what makes the Cycle Watch Institutional Advisor
unlike all other advisory services is our approach. We have always considered
equities analysis to be much like the board game "CLUE". We consider
all of the variables, possibilities and probabilities. And take nothing for
granted. That is why we begin our analysis by surveying leading Wall Street and
Regional analysts' opinions for expected sales and earnings. We then look to the
Securities and Exchange Commissions bulletins for corporate insider buying and
selling trends to see if "those in the know" agree with all of the
high-priced stock analysts. Next we scrutinized the news wire services to
examine late breaking corporate developments that may alter investor sentiment.
And we end our analysis by pouring over all of the individual group and stock
charts to isolate technical trends that may "give away" accumulative
and distributive activity among large institutional investors. And all of this
complex analysis is distilled into a very simple rank.
Groups and stocks ranked BUY are considered
timely and should outperform the market in the next six months. A HOLD ranking
denotes groups and stocks that are currently in bullish consolidation phases and
should be accumulated on weakness. Groups and stocks ranked AVOID should be
avoided and existing positions should be sold into strength. And finally a SELL
ranking denotes groups and stocks that should be sold at current prices.
The Cycle Watch Institutional Advisor hedged
portfolio strives to earn above average rates
of return with below average risk. Additions and deletions to the portfolio are
determined by Cycle Watch rank and timeliness.
